Thank you to Chair of the Independent Schools Association (ISA) Phil Soutar for visiting us on Wednesday 10th May 2023.
Mr Soutar was appointed as this year’s Chair and has been busy visiting member schools. Mr Soutar enjoyed a tour of our specialist classrooms and grounds with Mr Martin as they discussed the school year and the responsibilities of the ISA.
Following on from their victory in the National Championships, Mr Nicholson, Cameron, Eliott, Joshua, George, Henry and William met with Mr Soutar who offered his congratulations on the win.
Ghyll Royd School joined the ISA in 2014 and is now one of 629 institutions under its membership. The ISA offers opportunities for staff development and nationwide events, competitions and fixtures for pupils.
