Business Officer

We are looking for a motivated Business Officer to act as a linchpin that connects various departments of the School and Pre-School to ensure smooth operational flow. Duties will include overseeing the school’s admissions, marketing, recruitment and GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, collate and write copy for newsletters, events, websites and materials, to promote the school and pre-school and keep potential parents engaged through all platforms.
  • Support the office and senior leadership with day-to-day office duties.
  • Arrange and conduct tours of the School and Pre-School.
  • Follow up on enquiries to help grow general awareness as well as numbers in the School and Pre-School.
  • Act as a brand champion at all times, supporting colleagues to embed the brand across the school and pre-school, and ensuring it is used effectively in all communication.
  • Update and use communications/organisational databases as appropriate.
  • Ensure everyone is up to date with schedules and new developments.
  • Support Senior Leadership with recruitment and HR responsibilities, where appropriate.

This is a full time post, 40 hours per week.

Early Years Practitioner

Our ‘Excellent’ rated 50-week nursery is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated level 3 qualified EYFS Practitioners. £12.50 per hour.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with the Early Years Team to promote the principles and aims of the EYFS
  • Ensure learners feel included, secure and valued in a safe environment
  • To provide well planned, purposeful and stimulating activities to engage children in their play
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • To monitor, record and report progress of key children
  • Undertake first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene training
  • To share good practice.

Cleaner – Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced individual who has the motivation, enthusiasm and skill set to work with the site team to ensure designated areas of school are clean, safe and hygienic. £12.00 per hour.
