With the hot, sunny weather shining down on Greystone Manor, the Little Adventurers needed cooling down. Cue lots of fun play and splashing in water! The children love playing with the many cars, trains, buses and bikes in the Little Adventurers classroom and so Mrs Davis and Mrs Watson thought they could play with a real, life-sized car instead!
The children grabbed a sponge and bucket and started washing Mrs Davis’s car. The warm, soapy suds made the car sparkle in the sunlight and the children did a fantastic job (although they couldn’t reach very high)! They all then had a play around the field running with the wet cloths and sponges trying to splash Mrs Davis and Mrs Watson!
The class loved scrubbing the car and splashing it with water, then made their own pretend car wash back in the playground where they could drive through it on their bikes and trikes.
