Form 5 Teacher Mr Nicholson is in training as he prepares to run 82 miles in under 20 hours!
Mr Nicholson will attempt the Dales Way run on the 27th and 28th of May starting in Ilkley. This decision has been 12 years in the making from when he first spotted the Dales Way route etched on a map back in 2006.
“In May 2018 – 12 years after seeing The Dales Way etched on a map — I am finally going to run it. I want to complete it to honour, in some small way, my parent’s own grace and grit.”
Mr Nicholson is raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
