Reception had all the fun of the fair in their playground by turning their Mathematics lesson into a fun carnival game!
The children rolled a dice then had to double that number using their two times tables. When they worked out the final number, they took a beanbag and had to try and knock over the correct numbered bottle.
Learning through play is extremely beneficial to young children. It has been proven to develop creativity, social and cognitive skills, and give children the confidence to engage in new experiences and environments.
