For our last Stay and Play of 2017, we brought our festive jumpers and got excited for Christmas!
In Music Notes with Mrs Coultas, we had Santa’s sleigh bells to jingle as well as claves to tap and drums to beat!
Downstairs, we iced snowman and Santa biscuits with Miss Smith. Once the icing had dried, we could take them home to have as a yummy snack.
Outside, Mrs Davis told us that Santa was hiding somewhere. We had to follow the mini pictures of Santa to track down where he was…
We looked around the gazebo, under the slide, through the tunnel, in the vegetable patch and then into the woods. Under one of the trees, Santa stood with a sack full of presents! Chocolatey presents! There were enough presents for all the children so we shared them around.
The last Stay and Play was such fun, that we cannot wait for the next one! Stay and Play is back on Friday 12th January 2018 from 9.30am!
Stay and Play takes place every Friday morning (term time only) from 9.30am – 11.00am for children aged 18 months to 4 years old. The sessions are free and refreshments are available.
