For this year’s Children in Need pupils brought in lots of tasty bakes ready to sell to raise money. Buns, cookies and cakes went on sale at morning break and pupils brought in a pound to pay for a mid-morning snack.
Ghyll Royd also joined in with Pudsey Bear’s hunt for the last round pound coins, as we asked pupils to dig into old pockets, search behind their sofas, and find any discontinued pound coins which are still usable for charity.
A great big thank you to all of you who donated and baked for Children in Need. Our bake sale and round pound coin hunt raised £253.73!
