Stay and Play – Fun in the Sun

Visitors to our Stay and Play sessions have been able to make the most out of the lovely weather in the Little Adventurer playground.

We start the morning with our Little Notes music session with Mrs Coultas where we dance and play with lots of fun, loud instruments.

Our current Little Adventurers showed the other children and their parents how to dance to Mrs Coultas’s songs by moving their arms and shaking their hips.

Downstairs, Mrs Smith took Art Splash outside as it seemed a shame to be sat indoors on such a beautiful, sunny day!

It was a little breezy so Mrs Smith held the paper down with pebbles and the children could paint pretty pictures in the sun.

Whatever the children want to do, Mrs Davis and co. will try their very best to make that possible! Some children wanted to play Hide and Seek in the forest area of the playground, so Mrs Davis was the seeker who looked for the boys and girls.

Elsewhere, some children wanted to blow bubbles so Mrs Davis filled the play table with soapy water and bubble wands.

There’s some really great photos from the day’s activities. Take a look at them all below:
