After a surprise health inspection on Friday morning, Ghyll Royd School are happy to announce that they have retained their 5* food hygiene rating!
Inspectors check for food preparation, cleanliness and storage, as well as uniform and staff training documentation.
Chef Sean is delighted to have the kitchen rewarded full marks, and praised his team Del and Julie.
The pupils seem to agree with Sean’s kitchen’s 5-star rating, and all gave the food a big thumbs up!
