The Under 9 Rugby and Netball Teams got off to a flying start with terrific matches against Lady Lane and Terrington.
The U9 boys did themselves really proud. In beautiful conditions on Greystone Manor Playing Fields the boys got off to a super start. It was extremely pleasing to see the boys work so tirelessly. All the boys should be immensely proud of their efforts; they played a lot of rugby, supported each other well and never took a backward step. A big thank you must also go to the parents who came to support us.
Well done to all the girls who played the netball matches against Lady Lane and Terrington on our indoor court. The girls played really well stringing some very fluent passes together down the court. The final score was 4 – 0 to Lady Lane. A special mention goes to Ava Jones for making some excellent interceptions. Well done girls a great way to start the season!
