Congratulations to our Ghyll Royd champions!
A dream come true for three eager and talented young swimmers. On the 29th November, Lola, Noah and Samuel represented Ghyll Royd and the North of England in the ISA Sport swimming finals at the London Aquatics Centre.
The trio qualified for the finals after competing in the Northern competition in October.

It was a day of excitement and nerves but came with some incredible results – our Ghyll Royd team achieved five medals for the five races they swam in, and together they helped the North place top of the leaderboard at the end of the event.

We are so very proud! Thank you to the parents who joined their children to spectate and cheer them on. Back at Ghyll Royd our pupils and staff awaited the updates and were thrilled to hear how well their friends swam.
