We expect all the boys to wear the correct uniform at all times and that they arrive at school in cap and blazer/duffle coat. We also expect that they keep their uniform on until they get in the car at the end of the day. Obviously we cannot insist but we would like to request that any boys visiting in and around the Ilkley area after school, wear their full uniform. We do want the boys to feel proud to wear the Ghyll Royd school uniform and that they always look smart and well presented when they are wearing it. (Please could all the boys brush their hair before coming to school). We expect all items of clothing to be labelled clearly. We find ‘sewn-in’ labels last the longest and are the easiest to read. (If you have bought something from the School Uniform Shop please take out the previous owners labels).
